For the next month, I challenge myself to sleep 6-8 hours a night, eat at least three healthy meals a day, and going on longer walks 3-5 times a week.

Sleep, eat, move. Those are the foundation blocks of a healthy and balanced life, no matter what kind of problem you have. Best way to get fit? Best way to heal from burn out? Best way to reduce stress? Best way to start a life-style change? Sleep enough, eat enough healthy food, move just enough to pass your comfort zone. My current state is tired, strengthless, phlegmatic, and I don’t really feel hunger, so I eat badly. So, let’s see if this helps me get started with my quest for balanced life.
