Trying meditation to feel better

I started to meditate a week ago and I can already notice the difference. Meditation should reduce stress and make you feel less anxious, and I can already feel that. I started with 7 minutes of sitting in silence and trying to think about nothing. It’s harder than you think!

I used to meditate years ago like that, and I was able to prolong the time to 20 minutes during those months I was meditating. I remember being much more relaxed and chill all the time, and all in all happier. I can’t wait to see how I feel in a few months!
