My life needs more structure, discipline and joy. Currently I’m stuck in a rut, and my days consist of basic everyday chores. I work from home and live waiting for the weekend, and when the weekend is here, I mostly relax and do nothing. Everything is kind of ok in my life, but with minor tweaks my life could be so much better.
I’m going to start with the basics: move more, work out, eat healthier, do stuff that makes me happy, go to places that are interesting, meet friends more. Just doing more structured, disciplined and joyous stuff. I try to change one thing at a time to achieve a happier life.
Breaking old habits is hard, and making new ones is probably harder. It takes effort, planning and commitment to do something so many times that it becomes a routine. This blog is for me to keep myself accountable and start shifting my habits into more structured, disciplined and joyous life.
